Conditioning with Georges St-Pierre

If there’s a fitter fighter in Mixed Martial Arts than Georges St-Pierre it would be hard pressed to find him/her, as the UFC welterweight champ is widely regarded as being at the top of the heap when considering overall combination of cardio/strength.
