Cool-Down Drill with Andre Galvao

After a hard day of rolling on the mats it’s good to cool your body down in increments rather than going from start to stop in a split second. BJJ blackbelt Andre Galvao is a widely-respected grappler who has some thoughts on the matter, as well as a drill interested folks can use that’s both fun and an excellent way to slowly wind down at the end of a session.
