Ever wonder what it’s like to be backstage at a UFC event, bearing witness to the joy and pain of fighters returning from the ring while they celebrate, sulk, or simply get stitched up?
Dana White’s latest video blog, filmed in relation to this weekend’s UFC on FOX card, provides fans just that – a look behind the scenes at the immediate aftermath from UFC 137 and UFC 138.
Two of the many memorable moments include B.J. Penn sitting in stunned disbelief while doctors work on him after his loss to Nick Diaz and Chris Leben questioning his future in MMA after being unable to continue this past weekend based on damage sustained in his headliner with Mark Munoz.

MMATraining Take: Another “must see” vlog from the UFC President much in the same way his video documenting the fallout from UFC 136 was. As much flak as White catches from people he definitely does a lot of great things for fans and this is one more example of that fact.
