Guida vs. Pellegrino In the Works for January UFC Event

MMATraining.com has learned that a fight between Clay Guida and Kurt Pellegrino is in the works for a January UFC event. Both lightweights are coming significant wins inside the Octagon and both will look to continue their win streaks. In Pellegrino’s last fight, he beat Brazilian Thiago Tavares. The win took place at UFC 88 in Atlanta in September. That fight that has Fight of the Year written all over it.

Guida has won his last two inside the Octagon. ‘The Carpenter’ has won 2 straight which includes a TKO victory over Samy Schiavo at UFN 13 and a decision win over Mac Danzig at UFN 15 just last month.
