Jab/High Kick Defense

Eating enough punches and kicks, obviously, can result in the end of one’s evening. That’s why having defensive skills is as important as possessing the offensive ones aimed and landing said strikes.

In the following video, Team Quest’s stand-up coach provides insight into how to defend against two different attacks – the jab and the high kick.
