Lashley to fight for MFC May 15th

Former WWE Superstar and now MMA fighter Bobby Lashley will take to the ring May 15th in Edmonton, Alberta Canada to fight for the Canadian MMA Promotion Maximum Fighting Championship. Sources from the MFC have confirmed the news and was recently updated on their official website.

Lashley will take on 7-3 Mike Cook who is trained by the legendary Frank Shamrock.

“He is a very exciting prospect and he will get a monumental opportunity to break into the spotlight at MFC 21.” said MFC President Mark Pavelich.

Lashley will look to improve upon his last performance when he decisioned Jason Guida, in a fight most thought he should have handled easily.
