Kenny will be taking questions from you, the fans, on any topic you desire. Florian burst onto the MMA scene when he appeared on season 1 of The Ultimate Fighter where he lost in the finals to Diego Sanchez fighting 30 lbs heavier than his natural weight class.

Since that Season 1, Florian has gone 9-1 with wins over Joe Stevenson, Sam Stout, Roger Huerta and Joe Lauzon. His only loss in the last 4 years was a decision to future UFC champion Sean Sherk, which took place in 2006.
One of the most intelligent fighters in and out of the cage, Florian is the co host of MMA Live on ESPN and has color commentated for the UFC and WEC.
A graduate of Boston College where he excelled in the classroom and on the soccer pitch, the Boston native was a Big East Academic all star and appeared on the Dean’s list during his time at BC.
In 2008 Kenny along with his brother Keith opened up Florian Martial Arts Centre in Brookline, Mass which is just minutes outside of Boston.
One of the most well liked and affable fighters in all of the sport, Florian will be taking on BJ Penn at UFC 101 in one of the biggest lightweight fights in UFC history. The event will take place August 8th at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia. Penn is coming off a loss to welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre and is looking to hang onto his belt. This card also features Anderson Silva moving up once again in weight to 205 to take on former champion Forrest Griffin.
This will be one of the biggest cards the UFC has ever put on and we’re excited to have Kenny taking your questions leading up to this historic first UFC in Philadelphia.
