Shrimp Drill with Marcus Davis

Unless you’re truly an elite grappler there’s a good chance you may end up on your back at some point in a fight or grappling match. As such, it’s important to develop strength/technique when it comes to dealing with the weight of an adversary in order to defend off attacks and ultimately escape back to a standing position.

Seasoned veteran Marcus Davis, who most folks likely remember from his time in the UFC, has seen it all inside the ring and has a unique “shrimp” drill to assist with working off one’s back.
