Technique of the Day: Art of the Slam with Quinton Jackson

If asked to list the top three highlights in MMA there’s a good chance most fans would include Quinton Jackson‘s power-bomb finish of Ricardo Arona at a PRIDE event in 2004. Though it’s hard to know if he’ll have a chance to repeat this feat this weekend when he faces Ryan Bader at UFC 144, there’s no question Jackson possesses some of the most devastating slams in MMA.
In this MMATraining Technique of the Day, “Rampage” details his love of slamming opponents down and demonstrates a few techniques on how to add the extra “oomph” with the assistance of MMA legend Bas Rutten.
