Technique of the Day: Attacking from Above with Michael Bisping

While Michael Bisping‘s opponent on Saturday night at UFC on FOX 2, Chael Sonnen, may have a reputation for being dominant on the ground, the Brit is certainly no slouch when it comes to attacking with submissions and strikes from a dominant position either.
In this MMATraining Technique of the Day, Bisping provides instruction on a variety of moves to use when on top of a grounded opponent as well as some things to watch out for like Triangle Chokes and Armbar attempts.
