Technique of the Day: Conditioning with Georges St. Pierre

Earlier this week we took a look at one exercise that UFC welterweight champ Georges St. Pierre employs when it comes to conditioning. However, known as one of the most fit fighters in MMA, St. Pierre has more tricks up his sleeve as far as helping maintain a healthy heart and slim physique.
In this MMATraining Technique of the Day, GSP goes through an entire circuit of exercises aimed at putting a little more wind in the user’s sails (or when it comes to this week, to help shed some of that sugar-cookie and egg nog weight).
