Technique of the Day: Conditioning with Ronda Rousey

In general, Olympic-class athletes have nearly bottomless gas-tanks. The same can often be said of high-level Mixed Martial Artists. Combine the two and you have Ronda Rousey, Strikeforce‘s bantamweight champion and a medal-winning judoka.
