Technique of the Day: Grappling with the Nogueira Brothers

Though respected for their boxing skills, there’s little question MMA’s twin tandem of Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira are far more feared for their abilities on the mat (especially in the case of the heavier “Minotauro). Both scheduled to fight this weekend at UFC 140, the Nogueiras are also know for their generosity when it comes to sharing their knowledge with others.
