Technique of the Day: Lower Body Workout with Urijah Faber

Continuing our this week’s TUF 15 theme in honor of tomorrow night’s TUF 15 Finale it’s time for another tidbit of information from fan-favorite bantamweight Urijah Faber.

In this MMATraining Technique of the Day, Faber can be seen going through a lower body workout aimed at upping his cardio and building leg/core strength.
