Technique of the Day: Strength/Conditioning with Kenny Florian

Continuing our series with recently-retired UFC veteran Kenny Florian, this time around “KenFlo” abandons strikes and submissions to focus on the fuel needed to spark any sort of attack.

In this MMATraining Technique of the Day, Florian walks viewers through one of his strength/conditioning routines with a number of the exercises easy to do on one’s own rather than inside a gym.
