Technique of the Day: Triangle Choke to Armbar Transition

A grappler’s “flow” on the ground can make the difference between winning and losing a fight, as an athlete whose transitions aren’t necessarily smooth will likely have a harder time handling an apt adversary than an individual who can string submissions together to make sure his/her opponent is constantly guessing at what to defend.

In today’s MMATraining Technique of the Day we’ll look at a slick, and somewhat easy, transition from a Triangle Choke to an Armbar to increase the difficulty in countering/escaping and add yet another dimension to your BJJ game.
