Technique of the Day: Working from Your Back with Michael Bisping

Ultimate Fighter 3 winner Michael Bisping may be primarily known for his stand-up but “The Count” also has a very underrated ground-game as he exhibited against Jason Miller last night at the Ultimate Fighter 14 Finale by getting up off his back against a grappler many people felt was far superior.
In this MMATraining Technique of the Day the 32-year old Brit demonstrates some skills one can use from his/her back to either submit an opponent on top or escape to return back to a standing position.
