Technique of the Day: Wrestling with Georges St. Pierre

Without question one of the top pound-for-pound fighters in MMA today is UFC welterweight champ Georges St. Pierre, a tremendous athlete known for his dedication in the gym and desire to constantly improve. GSP’s workout program is one of the best systems out there at developing fitness, as well as technique, with one of the key elements of his success in the ring involving some of the best wrestling out there despite no significant training on a collegiate level.
