Wai Kru combines the digital world with traditional mixed martial arts. With their 120 inch screen that is used for UFC and other MMA events and unlimited classes for members, Wai Kru is a great place to train as well as enjoy watching the fastest growing sport on the planet.
Facility
- 20ft boxing ring
- 24ft octagon fighting cage for MMA training
- 120 inch digital screen to watch UFC and Pride fights
- Cardio machines, bags, free weights, olympic weight sets, pilates reformer, and plenty of open mats

Classes Offered
- Muay Thai
- Muay Thai Clinching
- Jiu Jitsu (open mats, Gi, no Gi, Kids, Beginners)
- Wrestling (wrestling, submission grappling)
- Mixed Martial Arts
There is no limit to the amount of classes you can attend each month. Classes are always open to any member.

Events
- Intra-Gym Grappling Tournament – Held on the last Wednesday of each month unless otherwise posted
- Muay Boran – The first Saturday of every month there will be a 2 hour class in Muay Boran (Ancient Muay Thai). Class will start at 11am and the cost is $20. This is a formal class and will follow the format of the World Muay Boran Federation. For more information see the Muay Boran page.

UFC is awesome althoughreally I like watching the The Ultimate Fighter show more than the normal events, my favourite fighter imo is either Penn or Rashawd Evans.

Best gym in new england… John Howard, Dan Keefe, calvin Katter,jose Adriano, rodrigo almieda, rob leroux, lee beaneand many many more. I train in rhode island but am able to drive up to Wai Kru on the weekends. Kru John Allan and carlos neto is the best mma coaching combination around!
