Ura Nage (Belly-to-Back Suplex)

One of the classic (but rarely used) takedowns available is the Ura Nage or, as wrestlers would call it, the Belly-to-Back Suplex. The throw is not only effective at putting an opponent on the mat but also doing a bit of damage along the way.
