UFC middleweight Brian Stann is set to take to the Octagon this weekend at UFC on Fuel 8 where he’ll face legendary striker Wanderlei Silva. However, the bout will come at 205 pounds rather than Stann’s standard home of 185. To get ready for the five-rounder at a new weight there’s no doubt Stann had to take a different approach in the gym.
