Georges St. Pierre is not accustomed to sitting on the sidelines, so dealing with rehab from knee surgery has been a difficult road for GSP thus far. The UFC welterweight champion is anxious to get to his date with interim divisional title-holder Carlos Condit to determine the top man in the division. He just doesn’t know when it will come, frustrating the popular French-Canadian.

In his Road to Recovery video series, St. Pierre recently showed fans how far he has come in the three months since going under the knife. “Rush” is back to doing MMA work, along with heavy leg work to strengthen his affected knee back to the point it’s once again 100%.

MMATraining Take: It’s nice to see St. Pierre getting back in the swing of things. However, I hope he doesn’t rush the process since another injury-related setback would be brutal to endure.
