has confirmed with sources inside their camps, that Chris Horodecki will take on  Dan Lauzon at Affliction 2, January 24th at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. This will be a do-over of their originally scheduled fight, which was to take place in October.

Dan Lauzon, is the younger brother is UFC fighter Joe Lauzon and was the youngest competitor ever in UFC history. Lauzon was TKOed by Spencer Fisher in his lone UFC fight in 2006. The Bridgewater, MASS resident is 20 years old, has a professional record of 10-2 and is riding a 6 fight win streak.

With the IFL reaching their conclusion in the summer, Horodecki was free to seek offers from other promotions. He settled on a 3 fight deal with Affliction and will fight on their January 24th card. Horodecki, 21 years old carries a professional record of 12-1. The Team Tompkins fighter fights out of London, Ontario Canada and Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas and Toronto alongside Sam Stout and Mark Hominick.

A fight between Horodecki and Lauzon makes up one of the better fights between great young talent that Mixed Martial Arts has seen, and will certainly be a crowd pleaser as both fighters bring great intensity and a world of experience, despite their age.
