If there are two words worth being wary of around outspoken UFC middleweight Chael Sonnen they’re “uncensored” and “live”. Known for his silver tongue, Sonnen typically has an opinion on any topic out there whether related to Mixed Martial Arts or otherwise and is never afraid to share it.

The polarizing pugilist will no doubt express more many of those thoughts tomorrow night on Spike TV at 11:00 PM EST when he shows up on MMA Uncensored Live, a weekly news-magazine program catching fans up on the sport while also featuring exclusive content as well.

One of the subjects certain to come up is Anderson Silva. Sonnen’s past issues with the 185-pound champion are well-documented, most of which stem from their original encounter in August 2010 where Sonnen relentlessly talked trash and nearly backed it up by outpointing “The Spider” in their title-fight. The two are expected to meet again in June, possibly with the background of Brazil, giving Sonnen plenty of time to unleash more than a few verbal assaults on Silva in the period leading up to their summer scrap.

An interview with War Machine is also set to be featured on tomorrow night’s show, offering a very revealing look at the controversial welterweight.

MMATraining Take: I’ve enjoyed MMA Uncensored Live so far based in part on their willingness to cover news outside of the UFC. Also, hosts Nate Quarry and Mike Straka are both well-informed and widely-respected in the MMA community, adding a feel of legitimacy to the show. Add Sonnen in the mix and, like any program he’s on, tomorrow night’s episode is definitely of the “can’t miss” variety.
