UFC welterweight Paulo Thiago is a bad man. Not only is the Brazilian a high-level Mixed Martial Artist but he’s also a member of his nation’s special forces. To keep himself in top shape Thiago employs a number of exercises including those aimed at improving both his core strength as well as cardio.
