Not every workout a high-level fighter does relates to lifting weights, rolling on the mat, or sparring in the ring. Equally important is a fighter’s agility in terms of footwork and movement.

Though viewers may not have all the required gear at home the movements are not difficult to emulate and definitely beneficial to the overall ability/health of any competitor, fighter or not.
