When you’ve done what Dan Henderson has done over more than a decade in the ring there’s a good chance some high-level fitness was involved. Though Henderson may not necessarily be known for outstanding cardio, he certainly comes into every fight in shape and can go five full rounds when necessary as shown in his fight this past November against Mauricio Rua.
