1. chest press with bands
2. pull ups on TRX
3. wood chops with med ball
4. lateral bounds
5. rotational push ups
6. band rows
7. upper cuts with dumb bells
8. kayaks with med ball
9. jump squats
10. dumbbell punches
11. planks
12. supermans
3 rounds 1 minute break in between
